Common Questions
- Photo access is used so you can choose a postcard image and, when available, its photo location metadata.
- Location access is used to add current-location postcard text when a photo has no location metadata.
- Contacts access is used only when you choose a recipient from your contacts.
- Mailing addresses are used to send postcards and can be reused by the signed-in sender.
Account and Data Deletion
To request account deletion or deletion of stored personal data, email davidcrabtree18@icloud.com from the phone number or account associated with your From account. Include "Delete my From account" in the subject.
Deletion requests are reviewed and completed as soon as reasonably possible.
