Information We Collect

• Account information, including your signed-in phone number and display name.
• Photos you choose to upload for postcards.
• Location information you choose to attach to a postcard.
• Recipient names, phone numbers, and mailing addresses needed to send postcards.
• Postcard status information returned by postcard fulfillment providers.
• App usage and diagnostic information, including app launches, screens viewed, taps, purchase outcomes, device and app metadata, crashes, performance information, and masked session recordings.

How We Use Information

We use information to create postcards, request missing recipient addresses, send postcards, show postcard history, understand how the app is used, diagnose problems, improve features, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Sharing

We share postcard and mailing details with service providers only as needed to operate the app, including cloud hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payment processing, and postcard fulfillment. PostHog processes pseudonymous usage analytics and masked session recordings for us. Text inputs, postcard images, contact-picker content, and system picker content are masked in session recordings. We do not sell personal information or use this information for cross-app advertising.
